Role & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- mobile app and website designs.
- Develop design mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites/applications function and what they look like.
- Rapidly test and iterate the designs.
- Identify design issues/problems and advice effective solutions for.
- Creating digital marketing images (social posting/banners, blog graphics).
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-Brand.
- Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
- Creating branding materials, printing materials for publishing (books, brochures etc..) and advertising.
Skill Set Required:
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, InDesign etc…) and products including Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW.
- A have knowledge of UI/UX in mobile and web designing.
- Ability to create motion graphics.
- Ability to create digital marketing materials (social banners, blog images ect…).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Passionate about understanding current and emerging design trends.
- Ability to understand the detailed requirements of projects.
- A clear understanding of the importance of human-centered design and design thinking.
- Ability to work methodically, time management and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of graphics design for printing and publishing.
- Soft Skills: Good communication in english, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Team player, always ready to commit at short notice.
- Quick learner.
- Must be a creative thinker with the ability to think out of the box.
Added Advantage
- Knowledge of video creation.
- HTML, CSS.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling.
- Ability to learn new skills in industry is an advantage.
